We do not sell personal data. We disclose personal or contact information only when necessary to provide requested services, meet legal obligations, or use the limited service providers described in this policy.

Google Ads conversion measurement

We use Google Ads on our course-enquiry confirmation page to understand whether advertising leads to enquiries or bookings. Google may receive limited technical information, such as the page URL, browser and device information, IP address and advertising click identifiers, for conversion attribution. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses or telephone numbers to Google Ads through this measurement tag.

Usage of personal information

Personal data of the students shall be obtained for specific and lawful purposes and not processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes. The school may collect your full name, contacts and other personal data needed either for processing the booking request or for preparing course confirmation documents for your visa application. We may use your contact information for responding to student’s requests and all further communicating with the student.

Data security

We are responsible for ensuring that personal data we hold is stored in secure environments that are not accessible to the public. Systems holding personal data are accessible only to authorized staff. We disclose personal data only as described in this policy and keep it only for as long as necessary to provide booked services or meet legal requirements.

Changes to policy

We will inform our students on any changes to this privacy policy to make sure that they are aware of what information we collect and how we use it.
