Russian lessons work better when the city becomes part of the course. We help students join guided walks, museum visits, conversation practice and seasonal trips.
The schedule depends on season, student group and availability. Some activities are included, while optional museum, theatre or suburban trips may have an extra cost.

AFTER LESSONS
A cultural programme shaped around the study week
The exact programme changes, but the aim stays stable: help students use Russian in real places and understand the cultural context of Saint Petersburg.
City walks
Historic centre, embankments, bridges and neighbourhood routes help fix everyday vocabulary.
Museums and palaces
Hermitage, St Isaac, Peter and Paul Fortress, Peterhof, Pushkin and other routes depend on the season.
Conversation practice
Informal formats help with useful expressions, questions and communication with other students.
Cinema and culture
Russian and Soviet films can be used with context, vocabulary and discussion.
Seasonal trips
Boat routes, suburbs, theatres and walks depend on weather, tickets and the weekly course rhythm.

CULTURAL PROGRAMME
An excursion is useful when it supports the language
A cultural activity should give students new words, questions and situations, not only photographs.
After morning lessons, students can choose an independent walk, a museum visit, a short activity with a teacher or a fuller excursion. The format depends on level, energy and the goals of the week.
Saint Petersburg gives many topics: canals, bridges, museums, architecture, literature, metro, markets, cafes, city legends and everyday life. The programme should not overload the course, especially during intensive weeks.
