From 12:00 to 23:00 there will be workshops with souvenirs, hot meals and mulled wine along with the urban ice rink. The \"Workshops of Ded Moroz\", where everyone can make Christmas decorations with their own hands, operate on-site. Entrance cost is 150 rubles.
